Some of us joined straight from campus. Others brought years of IP experience with them. Everyone gets the training, the support and the room to grow.

LEARN AND GROW

IP operations is specialist work, and most of it is learned by doing. So we built structured programs around it, whether you join us from campus or bring years of experience.
Campus to Corporate
For people joining us straight from college. A practical program on the habits of working life: communicating clearly, working with clients, email and phone etiquette, and managing your time.
Trexo EDGE
A development program for people in the early years of their career with us. EDGE stands for Engage, Drive Ownership, Grow Together and Excel Professionally, and runs as regular sessions over several months.
Learning on live work
You'll work on real client matters early on, with senior IP professionals there to guide you and check your work.
Many of the senior paralegals on our teams today started with us as trainees.
