Which databases do you search?
Public registers such as USPTO, EUIPO and WIPO, national registries for the countries in scope, and commercial trademark databases, supplemented with common-law and domain sources where relevant.
Do you search similar marks or only identical ones?
Both. Searches cover phonetic, visual and conceptual variants as well as identical marks, since most conflicts come from similar rather than identical marks.
What does the report contain?
Each relevant hit with the mark, owner, registration status, classes and goods and services, organized by risk, so the attorney can form an opinion quickly.
Do you provide the legal opinion?
